Builders Merchants Federation represent the interests of Merchants and Suppliers to the merchanting industry; at Ecobuild this year John Newcomb, Managing Director, spoke to us about their mission to engage with current members at Ecobuild whilst also promoting their services to new builders merchants.

Throughout the interview John shares with us a range of digital marketing tactics that have worked well for their business, and gives us an insight into the exciting changes happening within BMF this year,  including a new member engagement system and website launch.
