John Lord Ltd is a family owned business with over 100 years experience within the industrial and commercial flooring industry. The objective was to increase brand awareness and open new opportunities within the food manufacturing and processing industry and to promote the company’s expertise having already worked with some of the big brands within the sector.

Our team undertook a full marketing audit and benchmarking exercise which included a website audit and lead management handling audit. We quickly established that the majority of their business comes from word of mouth referrals and repeat business.

Our in-house team developed a plan to publish informative, technical content on a microsite optimised for popular search terms within search engines. Each page contained a data capture form in order to acquire new leads and to be able to view which existing customers were still information hungry. The microsite was also used alongside email marketing and social media activity.
