British Woodworking Federation
The British Woodworking Federation (BWF) approached Pauley Creative with the objective of increasing its membership over a two year period. Our team of in-house experts analysed the typical visitor journey as well as other offline data and quickly came to a sound conclusion that the membership sign up process was made complex online and that information on its membership types was difficult to understand.
A new website was created focused on the types of BWF memberships to allow visitors to compare and analyse which membership type was appropriate for them. Our technical experts created a bespoke wizard tool to help visitors understand which membership was right for them and then be able to apply quickly and easily online.
As well as a new website, our Graphic Designers also created a new Health & Safety manual for its members. To keep print costs to a minimum our creatives suggested producing a ring bound document with individual datasheets for ease of update.
