How We Work

Audit. Benchmark. Plan. Build. Develop and Evaluate.

A well implemented digital marketing strategy provides clear competitive advantage over your rivals, no question about it. The written strategy document helps all stakeholders involved to drive sales and generate future leads for your construction products company:

  • The board understands how you’re going to achieve the company’s business goals, through marketing.
  • Your marketing department is empowered because they understand exactly what is expected of them.

By acting as a road-map with clear milestones and deadlines, delivering your sales campaigns and brand awareness projects becomes both measurable and manageable, eradicating the random acts of marketing that are often no more than distractions to the common goal.

Our successful strategic process involves FIVE crucial steps:

1. The Survey – Diagnosis Stage
The Survey is where you help us get to know your business and the issues you are facing. The diagnosis of your business objectives and current issues comprises of a ‘research, benchmarking and needs assessment exercise’. This exercise is typically followed by a discovery session and/or site visit. It is crucial that all the key decision makers are present and able to provide feedback.

2. The Plan – Strategy Stage
The Plan is hatched following Phase 1. Our findings from the first phase are presented to all the key stake holders. We only ever deliver our findings in a presentation when all decision makers are present. This uncovers all possible objections and saves valuable time and money going forward.

3. The Design – Creative Concept & Technical Specification Stage:
On approval of the strategy we will go to ‘The Design’ phase. Typically, our work will again, be presented in person using a combination of mood boards and on-screen visuals. The objective is to agree on both a visual and technical direction for the marketing messages.

4. The Build – Application and Production Stage:
Once the creative concepts and designs have been agreed upon in principle, we then go to application. All collateral is scoped out, technical specifications are formulated and schedules drawn up as per the Survey, the Plan & the Design phases. A content creation register is also drawn up with an agreed table of ‘who’s doing what’ which outlines responsibility, limitations, timescales and costs associated.

5.The Results – Evaluation Stage:
Our key strength is in providing an ongoing development of the construction marketing concepts and strategies that we recommend. By integrating the SEO friendly websites with online applications, email marketing with social media and paid advertising we can report on the progress of your campaigns and advise on the next logical step.
