What We Do - Construction Marketing

Pauley Creative specialises in digital construction marketing. We have the experience in building high performing and measurable digital marketing strategies for our clients that create brand awareness and drive business for construction-related companies.

'Digital marketing' means; the marketing that you do online - like the websites and micro-sites, Search, SEO, PPC and landing page campaigns, email and mobile marketing, digital iBrochures, web applications and so on, backed up by the marketing you do offline like direct marketing, telemarketing, face to face meetings and printed brochures and literature.

Every digital marketing requirement we propose is born from our process. The process is the same for each and every project only the creative and technical outcomes are ever different. Our process follows a systematic approach that uncovers the whole business issue and requirement as well as identifying as many of the potential road-blocks before they stall a project.


Introduction to our four part process


1. Diagnostics & Strategy

To get a thorough understanding of the business objectives and current issues facing your online marketing we typically carry out a needs assessment exercise followed by a discovery session with all the key decision makers. Our findings are presented under the following headings: Challenges and Objectives, Techniques and Requirements, Communications Plan, Budget and Resources. This is a paid for piece of work.

2. Creative Concept & Technical specification

Following an agreement to the proposed strategy we will reveal a creative concept and technical specification to best reach the required objectives. Again this is a paid for exercise. We will usually present our work in person to the board using a mixture of mood boards for creative applications and typically an electronic presentation of the preferred technical approach and outcomes they will achieve.

3. Creative Application & Production

Once the creative concept and technical specification has been agreed in principle we move toward application, implementation and scheduling the project build and the testing period. By this stage a schedule of works will have been agreed and circulated.

4. Evaluation and Review

Implementation is not the last phase of our engagement. In order to maintain the communication and the relationship, and to be sure the return on investment is measured regularly, we advise and carry out a monthly evaluation including milestones and periodic review stages with the key stakeholders.

Because we take an analytical approach to your business needs. Only when the research is complete, the goals are clear and the budget is allocated do we propose the most effective digital marketing strategy for the project. This considered approach saves both you and us, time and money.


Project Management & Methodology

Pauley Creative adopts the Prince2 Methodology for our projects. Prince2 is a structured project management method, and is an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments.

PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management, providing an easily tailored and scaleable project management methodology for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.
